The tribulation likely begins not long after the rapture. The world will be in turmoil, and a leader will rise from the crisis with the promise of peace and unity. People will be deceived by him out of a desire to bring peace to a world in disarray. 2 John 1:7 – For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ comes in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12 , 1 John 2:22 , 2 Thessalonians 2:4 , Revelation 13:1
What is the tribulation? Matthew 24:21 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Once the AntiChrist takes power he will confirm a covenant with Israel and the third temple will be rebuilt. He will make peace between the Jews and Palestineans. It will be a false peace. Isaiah 28:18; Per Daniel 9:27 three and a half years into the peace agreement he will break the treaty by entering the temple and declaring that he is God. This is known as the abomination of desolation. Daniel 9:27 And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

Daniel 9:25-27 So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress. Then after the sixty-two weeks, the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined. And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”
Three and a half years into the tribulation, the AntiChrist breaks the peace treaty. The temple is defiled and The Great Tribulation begins. Revelation 13:5, Mark 13:19, Mathew 24:9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
During the tribulation, a one-world currency will be instituted. A mark will be required to buy or sell. Anyone without the mark will be outcasted and killed for refusing the mark of the beast. It will be a chip implanted in the right hand or forehead. The False Prophet will compel the earth to worship the image of the beast and take his mark. In Revelation, chapter 13:1-9 speaks of a beast rising from the sea. This beast will have a mortal wound that will appear to be healed miraculously. Here the Anti-Christ will use this to proclaim his power as the messiah. Revelation 13:10 tells of those who will be taken captive and slain for refusing to take the mark and worship the beast. Revelation, 13, 11-16 explains the second beast will cause people to worship the first beast and will take his mark in the right hand or forehead. His number will be 666. Revelation 14:9, Revelation 14:9-11, Revelation 13:8, Revelation 13:16-17 6 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Commentary: So the events to come per the scriptures are as follows. Before the end, it will be so as it was in the days of Noah. Matthew 24:37-40 “For just as the days of Noah were, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For in those days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark. And they did not understand until the flood came and swept them all away. On October 7, 2023, Israel declared war for the first time since 1973 during Yom Kippur. The Palestineans launched a surprise attack forcing the Jewish state to go to war for the first time in fifty years. There is no doubt today’s world fits Matthew 24:6-8 in regards to wars and rumors of war. No man no the hour, but we can know the season. I believe in my lifetime there will be a rapture in which many millions of people will disappear from the earth in the twinkling of an eye. Then those left will see the rise of a leader who will set up a New World Order, with a one-world government as well as one currency. It will be a digital currency that will be in the form of a chip implanted in the right hand or forehead. Anyone who refuses this implant (mark) will not be able to buy and sell and will likely be killed for refusing to be marked and worship the image of the new ruler or anti-Christ. The world ruler will make peace between the Jews in Israel and the Arabs and from this peace treaty, an agreement to rebuild the Third Temple will arise. This begins the tribulation and will last 3 and a half years. Then after forty-two months, the AntiChrist will break the treaty by entering the completed Temple: sitting in the sanctuary, and declaring that he is God. This begins the Great Tribulation in which the majority of the Lord’s wrath will be poured out upon the world. It will last for the next three and a half years culminating in the great militaries gathering together on the plains of Megiddo in Israel for the final assault on the State of Israel. It is then That Jesus returns and defeats the AntiChrist and casts him, his followers, as well as Satan and the other fallen angels into the Lake of Fire. Make no mistake, As a student of prophecy, the events laid out will happen. Some minor details may be misinterpreted, but the main outline will occur. The AntiChrist will come to power. The rapture will happen. If you are left behind, you will be forced to submit and take a mark or you will be killed. So why wait until forced to choose.
